Busca fomentar y promover la participación de los niños en el cuidado del medio ambiente y la prevención de incendios rurales, y de esta manera aportar a su formación como futuros

ciudadanos comprometidos y responsables con su entorno.

El programa tiene como objetivo difundir el funcionamiento del ecosistema forestal y su rol en la biodiversidad; contribuyendo además a su educación y desarrollo de capacidades, brindando a los

niños la oportunidad de construir un espacio para pensar, reflexionar e interactuar a través de juegos, articulados con recursos audiovisuales y fichas de aprendizajes especialmente diseñadas

por profesionales de la educación, la psicología y las ciencias forestales.[:]
